Master in Yoga and Energy
Om & Flow
Yoga means union. Union in body, mind, and soul. Union with the interior and exterior. Yoga practice is a transformative experience. My rebirth occurred on a yoga mat a few years ago, when thanks to this practice I was able to start my way inward. Yoga is the practice of self-knowledge, of acceptance; it is about discovering the truth of who you are through a journey of love, healing and union.
After several years of study and practice, today I share with you my biggest dream; Raise the vibration of humanity through this 200-hour yoga teacher certification endorsed internationally by the Yoga Alliance.
The certification includes a supplemental energy course. You will learn to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual energy balance using the ancient Reiki healing technique. Through this practice you can connect with your Higher Self to eliminate thought patterns, limiting beliefs, among others that will allow you to release fears, giving way to healing.
.
This certification is for anyone who wants to start their journey to the interior. If you want to learn, deepen or teach, this certification is for you. It is suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.
Hatha -Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term that means synchronization of movement over breath. It is entering a meditative state in motion.
.
The term Vinyasa appears in a text, now defunct, called Yoga Korunta, attributed to the sage Vamana Rishi. This text was the basis of the teachings that Krishnamacharya, the father of current yoga as we know it, received for seven years from his guru Ramamohan Bramachari and that later Krishnamacharya himself taught his disciples (BKS Iyengar and Sri K Pattabhi Jois among others). This text taught vigorous hatha yoga (physical yoga) based on vinyasas, bandhas (energy closures) and drishtis (gaze).
.
The practice of vinyasa is based on the movement of inhalation and exhalation. Opposite forces of ascent and descent, activation and relaxation, expansion and contraction. With practice, the mind finds calm through conscious observation of the emergence of opposing forces. Vinyasa teaches us that practice is like life.
.
In vinyasa practice, the body and the breath are the vehicle and the tool for accessing deeper states of self-knowledge and consciousness. Physical practice helps to purify the body, create lightness and avoid stagnation, both physical and mental, thus helping us to acquire a clear and deep internal and external vision.
