An average steamed dumpling filled with meat, chicken or seafood contains 45 calories which is the recommended 2% for calorie consumption. A dumpling also contains 0.98 g of fat, 3.54 g of carbohydrates, 0.2 g. of fiber and 4.27 g of protein.

Recipe: Boiled Dumping
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of your favorite sweetener
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
preparation:
To make the dumpling recipe, start by mixing the flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
Then add the salt and the sweetener and mix everything
Add the butter to the mixture.
Little by little add the milk, always stirring so that it mixes well. You should achieve a smooth dough.
Make some bags and fill them with what you want, vegetables, chicken, meat, etc.
In a boiling pot (water, or chicken or vegetable broth), pour the stuffed bags. Cover with the lid of the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and serve hot.
If you wish, you can add parsley leaves to the preparation to give it a different flavor.
