Join this journey to 5 magical destinations where you will not only learn about Yoga and Meditation, but also about the philosophy, history, and culture of this ancient practice.

For this reason we will undertake a journey to the most important spiritual center of the 1st century - Angkor Wat, in Cambodia , the largest Hindu temple in the world. It is considered the largest religious structure ever built, and one of the most important archaeological and ancestral treasures in the world.

Our second destination is Thailand , a Buddhist cradle, with a great Hindu influence, where in every corner of each city you can breathe yoga, paradisiacal beaches, sacred temples, and inner connection. Here we will embark on a trip to the islands of Koh Phangan , Koh Samui, and Koh Tao , discovering the magic in each of them.

This trip is for anyone who wants to take a trip inside. This trip is for any beginner (without any experience in yoga and meditation) as well as teachers and advanced practitioners. It is for anyone who wants to start or deepen this practice of the soul. This retreat has a YACEP diploma, which certifies that you have completed 30 hours in Yoga and Meditation; You can include these hours in your registration with the Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education.

WHERE WILL I STAY?

PROGRAMMING

DAY 1, WELCOME AND ANGKOR MUSEUM

We will meet at Siem Reap Airport, Cambodia. There will be our personalized tour guide Seyha Pal waiting for us to give us a warm welcome to the magic of Angkor. From the airport we do not go to our Private Villa to accommodate us and perform our Welcome ceremony, here we will plant together intentions by connecting We will have our first Yoga class, we will have lunch in a delicious traditional Cambodian Buffet accompanied by a beautiful dance and music. During the afternoon we will visit the Angkor museum and buy tickets to visit the mystical ancient city of Angkor. From there we go to our villa to enjoy the pool and prepare for our first day of visiting the temples.

DAY 2, ANGKOR THOM

Upon awakening we will have our first meditation session. We will enjoy the silence and connect with our inner being, we will plan our day, we will enjoy a rich breakfast and we will begin our visit to the temples. On our second day we will visit what was the first capital of the Khmer empire, Angkor Thom. We will enter the city through its beautiful thousand-year-old doors that will take your breath away. We will visit the terrace of the elephants and the incredible Bayo temple, which is adorned by 216 faces perfectly sculpted in stone. We will find an ideal place where we will do our first Yoga practice. Surrounded by virgin jungle and ancient temples, you will undoubtedly live an unbeatable experience.

We will have lunch in a typical Cambodian restaurant where you can interact with the locals and delight in their cuisine. From there we go back to our Villa to enjoy the pool, take a bath and disconnect with a powerful session of Yoga Nidra: A trip to the subconscious.

At night we will visit the famous PUB STREET in the center of Siem Reap, you can enjoy a delicious western food or delight yourself with some scorpions and scorpions! It's up to you.

DAY 3 ANGOR WAT

We will start our day with a meditation session using the Japa Mantra technique and invoking universal peace. We will continue with a Vinyasa Yoga session to activate our system. We will have a delicious and nutritious breakfast and we will be ready for a new day of adventures. Today we will undoubtedly visit the most important temple in the entire complex and that has made it known to the whole world. Built as the mausoleum of King Suyavarman II and dedicated to the god Vishnu, Angkor Wat was the most important religious site in the city and the empire. Listed as the 8th wonder of the world, we have no doubt that it will leave you speechless. A magical place in every sense (cultural, architectural, religious). We will have a small session of yoga philosophy at the gates of one of the most important Hindu temples in the world. We will spend the whole morning exploring the corners of this beautiful place. We will continue with a delicious Khmer lunch and return to our private Villa to enjoy and relax; We will have a restorative Yin Yoga session. In the evening we will go to visit PUB STREET to enjoy a delicious dinner.

DAY 4, TEMPLES AND KHMER FAMILY

Upon awakening we will have our daily meditation session to calm the occilasions of the mind, using aromatherapy and breathing techniques known as Pranayamas.

During the morning we will continue our visit to the temples of Phnom Bakheng and Banteay Kdei where you can enjoy nature at its best. To enjoy our lunch and part of the afternoon we will be invited to the home of a Cambodian family where they will offer us a succulent lunch and you will be able to see their customs and lifestyle up close and like no other tourist.

At the end of the afternoon we will return to our Villa and do a Yoga Nidra session to manifest from the subconscious mind.

DAY 5, CRAFTS AND TA PROHM

.

We will start the day with a meditation to align our chakra system and thus restore our energy centers. We will activate with a Vinyasa Flow session. We will continue with our healthy breakfast and prepare to go out. Our private transport will take us to the handicraft market where you can find the most incredible works of art made of wood, silver and bronze. We recommend you travel light, we are sure you will make a lot of purchases! After visiting various warehouses and markets we will have a spectacular buffet lunch.

From there we moved to Angkor to visit the Ta Prohm temple, famous for being the set of the movie Tomb Raider. Surrounded by beautiful trees, we will have a restorative yoga session to connect with your inner guide in the shadow of one of these ancient and majestic teachers.

DAY 6, LEATHER WORKSHOPS, TEMPLES AND BARAY RESERVOIR

We will do the yoga and meditation session in our villa. During the morning we will visit the Baray Reservoir, a reservoir of water with more than 8 kilometers in length and that constitutes a marvel of ancient engineering since it is the key piece for the success of the Khmer civilization. We will continue with a visit to the beautiful temple of Thommanon and the wonderful Banteay Srei which was built in honor of the god Shiva. We continue with a delicious Khmer lunch and continue with the visit to the leather carving workshops. Here you will find some masterpieces carved by hand in natural leather that will make you fall in love.

DAY 7, WE LEAVE TO THAILAND

.

Our bus leaves at 8 am, get ready for a beautiful journey through the Cambodian countryside. We will cross the border at noon and travel along the dazzling Thai roads until we reach the capital Bangkok. The journey from Cambodia to Bangkok takes approximately 8 hours. Don't worry, the buses are comfortable and you will have time to rest. We will arrive in Bangkok around 5 pm and we will prepare to take our flight to Surat Thani at 8 pm.

Tonight we will sleep in Surat Thani, which is a coastal city and the starting point to the paradise islands of Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.

DAY 8, WELCOME TO KOH SAMUI

.

When we woke up we went to the Thai coast to take the ferry that will take us to our first paradise island, Koh Samui. The ferry trip will last approximately 2 hours where you can enjoy the ride, breathe fresh air or simply rest in the comfortable chairs offered by the ferry. We will arrive in Koh Samui at approximately 11 am and head to our hotel to get settled in and get ready to go out. In the afternoon we will visit the beautiful Lamai Beach, where you can relax and recharge with the beautiful and warm sea of ​​Koh Samui. At night we will attend a Thai buffet where you can enjoy sea food and many other Thai dishes that will surprise your palate.

DAY 9, TEMPLES IN KOH SAMUI AND EVENING AT BEACH BAR

.

After our long journey it is time to return to our Sadhana (spiritual practice). We will start the day with a session of meditation and Light followed by a Vinyasa Flow. After a nutritious breakfast we will go to visit some of the most beautiful beaches on the island such as Maenam Bay and Laem Yai. We will have lunch on the seashore a delicious Thai menu. In the afternoon we will visit two spectacular temples, The Temple of the Big Buddha and Wat Plai Leam. You will be able to marvel at the beauty of its colors, its art, and its majestic architecture. We will hold a meditation session in the main room of the temple to vibrate as a collective in gratitude and love.

After this long day we will return to our hotel to rest a little and we will get ready to go out to enjoy a magical night in one of the best Beach Bars in Asia. A beautiful evening accompanied by a fire show and a delicious signature meal.

DAY 10, KOH PHANGAN

Early in the morning we headed to the ferry that will take us to the incredible island of Koh Phangan. It will take us 1 hour to reach our destination. Koh Phangan is known worldwide for its beautiful beaches, its extensive Yoga community and its parties. We will be located in the western part of the island which is the focus of the spiritual community, but if you wish you can attend the Half Moon, Jungle, or Full Moon Party and dance until dawn.

Upon arrival we go to our beautiful hotel by the sea to settle in and enjoy a delicious welcome breakfast. We will continue with our Yoga Asana class to release attachments, followed by

a meditation with the Japa Mala technique to focus on the present moment with the use of mantras in Sanskrit . You will have the rest of the day free to enjoy the hotel's spectacular pool and beaches. In the afternoon we will have a relaxing Yin Yoga session accompanied by a tea ceremony and a delicious dinner.

DAY 11, CHALOK LAM

Today we will have our yoga and meditation session by the sea, we will have breakfast watching the waves and then we will move to the other side of the island to visit the beaches of Chalok Lam. After enjoying this beautiful beach for a while, we will take a small boat that will take us to a secluded beach called Haad huat. Here we will spend the rest of the day.

In the afternoon we will return to the hotel, we will have a Yoga Nidra session to transform the subconscious and a delicious dinner.

DAY 12, KOH PHANGAN

We will start the day a little later, we have already walked and known a lot so it is time to sleep a little more and really rest. Today we will have a yoga and Reiki session in the morning and one in the afternoon. The rest of the day is all yours! You can enjoy our beautiful hotel or take a tour of the island. It's up to you.

DAY 13, KOH PHANGAN, AUTHOR'S COOKING CLASS

.

Today we will start the day with our daily Yoga and Meditation session. Followed by a nutritious breakfast overlooking the sea. We then headed to our Thai cooking class. Our chef and great friend Sandeep will teach you the most exquisite recipes so that you can dazzle your friends and family when you return home. This class will last between 3 and 4 hours.

In the afternoon we will visit the municipality of Shrittanu, where there are many places where you can get quartz, japamalas, incense and comfortable clothes to practice yoga; We will visit one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Phangan. When you return to the hotel you can join our practice of Yoga, Bowls and Crystals or enjoy your beautiful room.

DAY 14, HAAD RIN

We will start with our yoga, philosophy and meditation session, followed by our delicious breakfast. Today we will get to know the rest of the island. We will visit Haad Rin, where the legendary Full Moon Party, the largest beach party in the world, takes place on a monthly basis! After a delicious lunch on the beach we will continue to visit some beaches adjacent to Haad Rin where you can sunbathe and enjoy this unique place in the world. In the afternoon we will have a short Yoga session and a delicious dinner.

DAY 15, KOH TAO

Early in the morning we went to take the ferry to Koh Tao (Tortuga Island), without a doubt the island with the most beautiful beaches in all of Thailand. During the morning we will visit Koh Nangyuan where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters surrounded by thousands of fish of all colors! Around 1 pm we go to our hotel to check in. Get ready to stay in one of the most beautiful places you have ever been. You will have the rest of the day free to marvel at the view from your room.

DAY 16, KOH TAO, ENERGY TRIP

.

We will start the day a little later, it is time to sleep a little more and really rest. Today we have a session of yoga and meditation: A journey through the chakras.

We will study energy closures: Bandhas and how to activate them.

The rest of the day is all yours! You can enjoy our beautiful hotel or take a tour of the island. It's up to you.

DAY 17, KOH TAO , FAREWELL CEREMONY

.

Gratitude is the key to everything journey inward and outward, we will close our encounter with an ancient ritual wonderful thanking our souls for this wonderful encounter.

After the ceremony, you will have the day off to carry out any activity, we will have a wonderful dinner in which we will celebrate the Union.

It is time to return. We will transfer back to Bangkok so that each one can take their respective flights. We will be arriving in Bangkok around 5 pm.
